We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee our Loan Operations Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Bank's loan servicing operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing departmental policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Demonstrate quality customer service principles with internal and external customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Loan Servicing: Supervise loan funding, disbursement, and reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Reporting and Auditing: Track loan closings status and prepare reports, perform audits, certification, and reporting activities to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Policies and Procedures: Administer policies and guidelines for loan servicing operations, ensuring consistency and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in loan documentation and servicing, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth computer experience with programs such as MS Word, Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Bilingual: Cantonese or Mandarin speaking preferred.

Background Check: Candidates will undergo investigation through credit checks, reference checks, and background checks as permissible by law.
