We are seeking a highly skilled Block Advisors Tax Advisor to join our team at H&R Block. As a Tax Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing expert tax guidance and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their tax needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Conduct tax interviews and prepare tax returns with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide tax planning and audit support to clients to help them navigate complex tax laws and regulations.
- Identify opportunities to grow business and increase client retention through the sale of additional products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure clients receive the best possible advice.
- 5+ years of tax experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience completing individual tax returns and providing tax planning and audit support.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients in person and virtually.
- Comfort working with virtual tools, such as video conferencing and chat.
- Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
