Front Office Patient Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Patient Services Advocate II. As an AltaMed ambassador, you will create a positive front office patient experience by managing expectations and showing compassion and respect. You will also be a member of the healthcare team, assisting in delivering patient-focused care by communicating effectively and solving problems.

Your Key Responsibilities
As a Patient Services Advocate II, you will:
1. Manage patient expectations and provide compassionate care.
2. Assist in delivering patient-focused care by communicating effectively and solving problems.
3. Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
4. Provide bi-lingual support (English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese) to patients and families.
Our Compensation Package
This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $24.00 - $28.15, with an estimated annual salary range of $49,920 - $58,760 based on experience, skills, education, and certifications.
