**Responsibilities**

As a full-time Sales Associate/Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, utilizing sales techniques and product information to ensure a best-in-class fitting experience
  • Conducting our 5-Step fit process, including interviewing customers, conducting static and dynamic analysis, and educating customers on product benefits
  • Assisting the manager with merchandising, inventory control, and other basic duties

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Basic math skills
  • PC and/or cash register skills
  • Past retail experience (a plus)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Flexibility with work schedules, including weekends, evenings, and outside marketing events
  • Running/active background (a plus)
