We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate - Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Tailored Brands Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our retail stores.

Competitive Pay and Benefits

As a Sales Associate - Customer Experience Specialist, you can expect a competitive hourly rate between $16.00-$20.00. We also offer flexible schedules to meet your availability, tuition reimbursement, and generous discounts on purchases made at any Tailored Brands store.



Your Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for:





  • Engaging with customers to build relationships and deliver a world-class experience

  • Consistently demonstrating benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals

  • Encouraging and participating in team selling to drive sales growth and meet metrics goals

  • Assisting with visual merchandising, setup, and other store-related projects

  • Handling cash register transactions as a cashier at the point of sale



Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:





  • A strong customer service focus and ability to work well with a high-performing team

  • The ability to stand and walk for most of your work shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist, and lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new programs and processes
