ABOUT THE POSITION

Title: Client Advisor

Status: Part-Time

Compensation: $16.00-$17.00/ hr + Commission(s)

Position Overview: The Kith Client Advisor plays a crucial role in enhancing the customer’s in-store journey as well as contributing to the overall store operations. By delivering exceptional service, the Client Advisor guarantees that customers enjoy a consistent, authentic, and high-quality experience while visiting our locations. Acting as a representative of the brand, the Client Advisor is instrumental in fostering and sustaining a delightful overall customer interaction. Through genuine and personalized after-sale communication, the Client Advisor aims to nurture and expand client relationships to boost sales. The Client Advisor collaborates with company and management directives while consistently adhering to the brand's policies and procedures. Client Advisors are scheduled flexibly, with hours allocated based on business requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Main Duties:
  • Welcome, assist, and provide top-tier customer service to all Kith clients and patrons.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through professional, friendly, and effective after-sale communication.
  • Exhibit expertise and familiarity with product knowledge, brand history, company policies, and store strategies.
  • Continuously collaborate with the Management team regarding personal objectives as well as overall business goals.
  • Work alongside the Management team to effectively implement action plans and brand initiatives.
  • Support in ensuring the completion and accuracy of all operational tasks as needed by the business.
  • Collaborate with Management and Visual teams to maintain an appealing sales environment and ensure the brand's visual standards are upheld.
  • Communicate sell-through effectively to guarantee product availability.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to availability and scheduling needs of the business.
  • Assist the store management team with housekeeping duties including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, trash collection, and other tasks associated with standard retail operations.
Special Projects/Tasks:
  • Assist with any Visual initiatives as required.
  • Support the execution of cycle counts, physical inventories, or other inventory management tasks as necessary for the business.
QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:
  • 3+ years in a retail sales role.
  • 3+ years in customer service positions, preferred but not mandatory.
  • 1+ years in apparel, footwear, or luxury goods, preferred but not mandatory.
Skills/Abilities:
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift or move up to 30 pounds.
  • Skills in bending, twisting, reaching, and climbing ladders/step stools related to standard retail operations.
  • Effective time management abilities.
  • Capacity to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
