Maintenance Manager Job Description

Heritage Senior Living is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and staff
  • Monitor and maintain HVAC and plumbing systems
  • Conduct regular inspections of fire protection, security, and plumbing systems to ensure compliance
  • Perform regular and emergency repairs throughout the building
  • Manage maintenance areas such as electricity, preventative maintenance, carpentry, painting, and vendor management
  • Maintain the comfort, privacy, and dignity of our residents
Requirements:
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Three years of experience in a maintenance position, preferably with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry experience
  • Must pass all applicable pre-employment and annual tests and meet all training and other applicable state and federal guidelines
