Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure timely and effective completion of tasks
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with property management and vendors to ensure seamless operations
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, safety standards, and regulations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs. and perform physical tasks as required
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Certification or enrollment in universal CFC certification, HVAC or operating engineering technologies, and/or equivalent job-related training and experience
