Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Medical Sales Specialist to join our team at Top Tier Reps LLC.

Compensation Package

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $80,000 - $120,000 per year, with a performance bonus structure in place.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Medical Device Representative, you will be responsible for selling medical equipment to hospitals, health systems, doctor's offices, and clinics. Your primary objective will be to build strong relationships with hospital staff and educate them on the benefits of our medical devices.

  • Cold call and visit prospects on location
  • Set appointments with hospital staff and administrators
  • Manage all leads and customers within a defined territory
  • Bullish relationship building skills to develop strong partnerships
  • Provide product demonstrations and support
  • Place replenishment orders at existing accounts
  • Maximize profits by upselling and cross-selling additional products
Fundraising Opportunities

You will have opportunities to contribute to fundraising initiatives through sales performance metrics.
