  • Leadership: Proven leadership experience, with a strong ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Real Estate License: Current real estate license with multiple state licenses.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. An MBA from a top-tier program is strongly preferred.
