Quality Management Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management Director to lead our daily implementation of the Quality Management System. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance practices, quality control measures, and continuous improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SQF policy standards
  • Manage relationships with external auditing bodies
  • Maintain quality metrics and implement corrective actions
  • Provide strategic direction for quality programs internally and at suppliers
  • Offer technical support for process/product improvements
  • Prepare product and process quality reports
  • Complete quality assurance operational requirements
  • Recruit, select, orient, and train quality assurance staff
  • Stay updated on industry knowledge and trends
  • Achieve financial objectives
  • Communicate issues to the leadership team

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • Experience: At least 5 years in Printing and Quality Management
  • Certification requirements: None

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience performing process audits
