Job Summary

ECU Health Beaufort Hospital seeks a highly skilled and experienced Director of Clinical Quality Management to lead the development and implementation of quality initiatives that advance entity capability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the implementation of systems, programs, and strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and aligns strategies, initiatives, supporting infrastructure, and budgets to achieve quality imperatives.
  • Communicates objectives to staff to ensure understanding of quality goals and their alignment.
  • Oversees initiatives and operations, including staff, budget, and vendor management.
  • Measures effectiveness and takes steps to ensure continuous improvement of entity performance.
  • Facilitates change to advance the organization and uses resources and operational practices to drive execution of plans.

Requirements

Master's degree required. 5 to 7 years experience required. Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of North Carolina (NC) preferred.
