Enterprise Community Partners seeks a skilled Public Finance Leader to join its Equitable Resilience & Revitalization (ERR) team. This role will help local governments and their partners improve fiscal health, financial management, and performance.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in public finance, economic development, organizational development, housing and community development, or a related field.

This position requires subject matter expertise in public sector fiscal health, financial management, and performance, as well as experience analyzing government financial documents and data.

The estimated salary for this role is $95,000 per year, depending on level of skills and experience.

The Program Director will lead and manage technical assistance projects, develop written and visual content, build and maintain relationships with clients and partner organizations, and perform other duties as assigned.
