Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinarian to join our team. As a Veterinarian at Cypress Fairhaven Animal Hospital, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to our patients, working closely with our experienced team of veterinary assistants and technicians.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized care to their pets.
  • Perform physical examinations, diagnostic procedures, and medical treatments to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, explaining treatment plans and providing education on preventative care, including vaccinations and nutrition.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring seamless communication with our team and clients.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in veterinary medicine, attending continuing education seminars and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with our team to provide exceptional client service, ensuring a positive experience for all patients and their owners.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university.
  • Licensure to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Texas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work effectively with clients and our team.
  • Ability to make informed decisions and communicate clearly with our team.
  • Compassion and empathy for animals and their owners.
