Your Responsibilities

As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of daily operations within the community. Our Community Managers act as the chief executives of their properties, embodying professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to continuous learning. You will oversee leasing activities, maintenance operations, budget management, and resident interactions, requiring both problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Duties Include:

  • Representing the company and property with utmost professionalism.
  • Maximizing Net Operating Income (NOI) for the property.
  • Supervising maintenance tasks and delegating responsibilities to the maintenance and grounds teams.
  • Conducting interviews and hiring for both maintenance and leasing positions.
  • Ensuring adherence to fair housing regulations throughout all leasing practices.
  • Coaching and training leasing staff to maintain high occupancy rates.
  • Monitoring monthly expenditures to ensure budget compliance.
  • Demonstrating adaptability, as the nature of apartment management requires flexibility in daily tasks.
