The Property Manager will be responsible for the effective administration and oversight of property management across various contracts and programs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations related to the upkeep and accountability of equipment and materials.

  • Employ DoD property management systems to maintain accurate and current records.
  • Adhere to all applicable government and DoD regulations concerning property management.
  • Plan and supervise maintenance and repair activities for equipment and materials to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with inventory standards and equipment condition.
  • Generate and submit necessary reports detailing property status, usage, and any discrepancies.
  • Coordinate logistics for the receipt, storage, and distribution of equipment and materials.
  • Provide training to personnel on effective property management practices and system usage.
  • Engage in collaborative communication with various job functions, including procurement, finance, engineering, program management, and operations, to ensure cohesive property management aligned with organizational objectives.

Educational Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant technical discipline is required.

Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, particularly with government and DoD assets.
  • In-depth knowledge of DoD property management standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in utilizing DoD property management systems and documentation.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to manage conflicts and resolve issues efficiently.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in record maintenance.
  • Physical ability to lift and transport equipment weighing over 30 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in diverse storage and operational settings.
  • Must be able to stand, kneel, and access various storage areas for equipment and materials.

Desired Special Skills:

  • Possession of an active TS/SCI clearance is preferred.
