Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase census and drive business growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, assisted living facilities, and long-term care providers
  • Utilize cold calling and other sales techniques to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into customers
  • Meet or exceed monthly referral quotas and other performance metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs and opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the home health care industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with referral sources and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed performance metrics

Working Conditions

This is a part-time position, with a salary negotiable based on experience and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong network and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
