- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Mineral Buyer, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating daily tasks.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, offers, and correspondence with operators.
- Research and Analysis
- Conduct research on mineral rights and assist in finding contact information for mineral owners.
- Research county records for mineral owner information.
- Compile and analyze data to support decision-making processes.
- Client Relations
- Serve as an appointment setter for calls with our mineral buyer.
- Assist in maintaining client relationships with timely responses.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information to clients as needed.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Organize and manage electronic and physical files.
- Support in Contract Review
- Assist the Mineral Buyer in preparing and reviewing contracts and other legal documents.
- Coordination and Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate transactions.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration.
