Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Mineral Buyer, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating daily tasks.
    • Prepare and organize documents, reports, offers, and correspondence with operators.
  • Research and Analysis
    • Conduct research on mineral rights and assist in finding contact information for mineral owners.
    • Research county records for mineral owner information.
    • Compile and analyze data to support decision-making processes.
  • Client Relations
    • Serve as an appointment setter for calls with our mineral buyer.
    • Assist in maintaining client relationships with timely responses.
    • Respond to inquiries and provide information to clients as needed.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions and agreements.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
    • Organize and manage electronic and physical files.
  • Support in Contract Review
    • Assist the Mineral Buyer in preparing and reviewing contracts and other legal documents.
  • Coordination and Collaboration
