Job Title: Health Center Manager

QuadMed is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Center Manager to join our team at our Dow Health Center in Lake Jackson, TX.

Job Summary:

This is a leadership role that requires a strong background in healthcare administration, with a focus on managing clinical operations, staff, and patient care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of the health center, including staff supervision, patient flow, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and QuadMed's standards.
  • Collaborate with the medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care and develop strategies to improve patient satisfaction.
  • Oversee the management of supplies, inventory, and budgeting for the health center.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to promote the health center's services and programs.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs and services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in healthcare administration, with a focus on clinical operations and staff management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
