Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced RN Executive Director to lead our hospice team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospice location, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and oversight to our hospice team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and services.
  • Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Human Resources: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial operations, ensuring effective budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Education: Registered Nurse with a minimum of Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum one year management/supervisory experience required; two or more years' experience in hospice/home care preferred.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Current license to practice nursing in the state of employment, if applicable; CPR Certification.
