Vice President of Client Service

Aristotle Capital Management, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President Client Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our institutional and retail business development team, you will be responsible for leading the internal client service team, overseeing client reporting, and spearheading client support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead internal client service team and responsibilities.
- Oversee and assist in completing various aspects of internal business development functions.
- Monthly, quarterly, ad hoc client reporting.
- Support existing clients and act as internal support for relationship management team.
- Update existing marketing materials (monthly, quarterly, annually) and industry databases.
- Complete Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Work on ad-hoc projects related to marketing APCs products.
- Work with Bloomberg, FactSet, eVestment reporting and standardized reports.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of industry-related work experience.
- Degree from an accredited college or university required.
- Graduate degree/Financial designation preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities combined with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing a team preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of ownership of responsibilities assigned.
- Deep knowledge of fixed income markets.
- Ready to contribute wherever needed and open to evolving responsibilities as business needs change and skills develop.
- Adapts effectively to shifting deadlines and priorities.
- Be adept at recognizing problems and independently recommending ways to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Team-oriented individual with a selfless approach.

Compensation Range:
$150,000.00 - $190,000.00, plus discretionary bonus.
Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, education, internal equity, and physical work location within the state.
This is a hybrid role, preference is to be located within commuting distance of our Newport Beach, CA office.
