Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for major, principal, and deferred gift fundraising that aligns with our mission and goals.
  • Provide expert advice on complex tax and investment strategies to enhance donor contributions.
  • Design and execute innovative approaches to engage high-net-worth individuals, foundations, and corporations.
  • Strengthen relationships with corporate partners to increase giving and sponsorship.
  • Oversee prospect research and management to ensure a robust pipeline of potential donors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 15 years in philanthropic development, with substantial expertise in major and planned giving, transformative giving, capital campaigns, and corporate giving.
  • Expertise in planned giving techniques, tax laws, and investment strategies.
  • Proven success in managing and securing transformative gifts and leading large-scale capital campaigns.
  • Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree.
