Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Customer Service Representative to join our team at Toyota of Melbourne. As an Appointment Scheduler, you will be responsible for contacting customers who have declined services in the past and offering them a discount if they book during the phone call.

This role requires general automotive knowledge and computer experience. You will work full-time with weekends off on Monday and Tuesday. The hourly pay is $14 per hour, paid biweekly, plus commission based on appointment shown rate.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist other team members with document retrieval as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of all dealership records
  • Follow dealership policies and procedures at all times
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Provide excellent customer service in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in document scanning or administrative role is preferred
  • Proficient in using computer and scanning software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines effectively
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Willingness to work in a team environment
  • Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check
