We're seeking a skilled Automotive Customer Service Representative to join our team at Percepta. As a representative, you'll provide exceptional customer service through online channels, ensuring a positive experience for our clients' customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers using our Automotive E-commerce Portal.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Maintain exceptional product knowledge related to program support.
