We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Percepta. As a member of our customer relationship center, you will be responsible for providing timely and professional customer service in response to inquiries and concerns.

You will be the face of our company, handling customer interactions with empathy and professionalism. Your goal will be to resolve issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with our team to achieve business performance goals and support the success of our clients. You will be expected to meet expected customer service levels and provide excellent communication skills to handle customer inquiries and concerns via multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of one year of experience in customer service and/or sales, and strong written and oral communication skills. Prior knowledge/experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
