Position Overview:
The Senior Business Advisor at Insight Global is a pivotal financial expert responsible for steering a dedicated team that specializes in bookkeeping, tax services, and strategic business consulting.

Role Responsibilities:
This position serves as a key tax resource, engaging in comprehensive tax planning alongside clients and overseeing the preparation and review of complex tax returns.

The Senior Business Advisor is instrumental in mentoring and guiding team members, effectively managing the talent development and performance evaluation processes in collaboration with the Deputy DFO.

Client Engagement:
Building strong relationships with clients is essential, as the Senior Business Advisor delivers high-level expertise and exceptional customer service.

Collaboration:
This role requires working closely with various departments to ensure that Fiducial Expertise aligns with all client business requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years in accounting or tax, complemented by an accounting degree and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • Client Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to oversee client accounts, develop strategic plans, and effectively guide team operations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfort with technology and computer systems is crucial for success in this role.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: A proven history of addressing practical challenges and navigating situations with limited standardization is highly regarded.
  • Excel Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is highly sought after.
  • Software Familiarity: A solid understanding of QuickBooks (QB) and CCH is beneficial.
