Knowledgeable: Participate in comprehensive training programs that cover essential topics in childcare, preschool education, and child development.

Creative: Utilize our unique curriculum to design enjoyable and interactive learning experiences for children.

Qualifications:

We seek enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Experience in a licensed childcare environment or a related field.
  • Ability to fulfill state educational requirements and our center's criteria.
  • Capable of engaging in physical activities with children, both indoors and outdoors.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary is determined based on position, education, and experience. Pay options include bi-weekly and daily payments:

  • Assistant Teacher: $16.00 - $22.40
  • Teacher: $16.80 - $23.50
  • Lead Teacher: $18.15 - $27.20

Full-time employees are eligible for health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA), while limited medical coverage is available for part-time staff. Additional benefits include:
