As a Teacher, your responsibilities include:
  • Caring: Adhere to all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom.
  • Engaged: Develop skills to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, while effectively communicating with families.
  • Knowledgeable: Complete extensive training that covers childcare, preschool, and developmental topics.
  • Creative: Implement our proprietary curriculum while creating fun and interactive learning experiences for the children.

We seek energetic, dependable, and passionate individuals who are at least 18 years old and possess:

  • Experience in a licensed childcare center or a related field.
  • The ability to meet state educational requirements and our center's standards.
  • A willingness to engage in physical activities with children, both indoors and outdoors.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation is based on position, education, and experience. Pay options include bi-weekly and daily pay:

  • Assistant Teacher: $16.00 - $22.40
  • Teacher: $16.80 - $23.50
  • Lead Teacher: $18.15 - $27.20

Full-time employees receive health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA), while limited medical is offered for part-time workers. Education assistance, including tuition reimbursement and certification, a 401(k) plan with company match, life and disability insurance, and childcare discounts are available to all employees.
