About the Role

Columbia River Mental Health Services is a leading provider of behavioral health and recovery services in SW Washington. We are seeking an experienced Housing Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary

This role involves coordinating housing support services for individuals with mental illness, working closely with community partners, such as the VHA and Council for the Homeless. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in social services, and a passion for making a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized housing plans, taking into account client goals, needs, and preferences.
  • Coordinate with community providers, landlords, and other stakeholders to secure suitable housing options.
  • Provide ongoing tenancy supports, including mediation, skill-building, and advocacy.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to agency standards and contractual requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mental health, social work, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in social services, preferably in housing or mental health.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $22.62-$29.96 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include 12 paid holidays, 3 floating holidays, and almost 5 full weeks of PTO in the first year.
