Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Liaison/Appointment Setter to join our team at ProSolar Group LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers and scheduling appointments with our sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule meetings between prospective clients and sales representatives
  • Keep a detailed log of calls, including those that are not answered
  • Attempt to contact prospective clients whom they have been unable to contact
  • Inform the manager of recurrent product-related complaints that warrant addressing
  • Accurately document all communication in CRM
  • Attend sales team meetings and training sessions as directed by management
  • Follow up with leads converting them to appointments
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of company and partner information
  • Experience in cold calling, cold messaging, or cold emailing
  • Basic entrepreneurial traits, including high-level logical thinking and problem-solving
  • Extremely professional on the phone and via text
  • Fast and accurate typer
  • Ability to learn "our brand and voice" quickly
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to excel at details, multi-tasking, and working under pressure
  • Ability to pass a background, credit check, and drug screen
