Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Aspire Pediatric Therapy LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language services to children in our Early Intervention program.

Responsibilities
  • Select and administer appropriate evaluation tools and procedures to assess children's speech and language skills.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address children's communication needs.
  • Collaborate with parents, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to families and caregivers to promote effective communication and language development.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and research in the field.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license and Early Intervention credential (or willingness to obtain).
  • Experience working with children and families in a clinical or educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
