Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry a caseload of children from birth to 18 years old, conducting initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate their fine motor, self-help skills, and other areas of development.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including Developmental Therapists, Physical Therapists, Social/Emotional Therapists, and Speech and Language Pathologists, to provide comprehensive care.
  • Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and interns, ensuring high-quality services and supporting their professional growth.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that effectively target short- and long-term goals, maintaining accurate and detailed documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practices in pediatric occupational therapy.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current Illinois OT license or eligibility.
  • Illinois Early Intervention credential or eligibility.
  • Minimum one year of experience in pediatric occupational therapy, with a proven track record of success in working with families and children with developmental disabilities.
  • Valid Illinois driver's license and safe driving record.
  • Current proof of automobile insurance.
