Speech Language Pathologist

Lifelong Access is a leading provider of services and supports for individuals with developmental disabilities. We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of early intervention specialists.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for children from birth to age 18.
- Deliver speech and language services, including creating materials to support communication needs.
- Work collaboratively with families, medical professionals, and colleagues to develop and implement communication tools and strategies.
- Maintain professional documentation, including progress reports and session notes.
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- Active Illinois Speech Language Pathology License.
- Minimum 1-2 years of related experience.
- Excellent knowledge of principles and practices of speech therapy.
- Familiarity with developmental milestones for speech and language.
