Dealer Service Representative

America's Auto Auction is seeking a highly motivated Dealer Service Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in dealer relations, customer service, and revenue generation. As a Dealer Service Admin, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with our dealers and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers and customers to drive revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Provide efficient and courteous service to all customers at all times
- Assist new dealers and sales reps with registration
- Contact dealers to obtain missing paperwork or documents when needed
- Ensure new dealer numbers are assigned, recorded in the logbook and communicated
- Ensure new cards for dealers are obtained
- Ensure that dealers and their reps are not in the KO book
- Obtain bank and auction references
- Maintain dealer folders with current information
- Obtain approval for new dealers for float, check or cash
- Create sale day drawing list. Prepare names for drawing
- Send welcome letters to new dealers
- Follow-up with dealers welcoming them and ensuring they are aware of upcoming sales and special events
- Ensure adequate office supplies are maintained
- Ensure all vehicles have correct announcements in AS400
- Ensure bidder badge machine is in proper working condition
- Ensure auto check is run every 30 minutes until all vehicles have been registered for sale
- Ensure all new dealers are updated and able to bid during auction
- Cash out dealers after the sale
- Ensure reports are properly processed after sale
- Assist customers with questions and/or concerns
- Fax net check report to dealers as necessary
- Assist with month end closing as necessary
- Work well independently as well as a team player assisting with other clerical functions as needed, to include but not limited to telemarketing
- Timely communication of issues that may be deemed as detrimental to the success of operations to Management
- Perform other duties as necessary

Requirements:
- Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, dealer relations, or customer service
- Must be at least 18 years of age, previous data entry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
