Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Admissions Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for screening clients for appropriateness and eligibility, processing inbound traffic calls, and communicating with nursing and medical staff during overnight shifts. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen clients for appropriateness and eligibility
  • Field inbound traffic calls from clients after hours
  • Process B2B leads overnight
  • Make scheduled outbound calls for clients who request a call later in the evening
  • Communicate between nursing/medical and admissions during overnight shifts
  • Answer inquiries and screen calls from hospitals, families, patients, etc.
  • Make recommendations regarding treatment options
Requirements
  • 1+ year of prior addiction or mental health admissions experience
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Strong sales ability and high-quality customer service
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Availability to work nights and weekends
