Behavioral Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Old Saybrook Public Schools. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our paraeducators and educational staff to provide behavioral support to students with special needs.
Responsibilities:
* Provide behavioral support to students with special needs in a school setting
* Collaborate with paraeducators and educational staff to develop and implement behavioral plans
* Implement physical management training (PMT) techniques as needed
* Follow paraeducator schedule and union contract
Requirements:
* Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or related BCBA coursework
* Physical Management Training (PMT) certification preferred
