**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure that the district's financial performance meets company and client objectives.
- Optimize operational productivity and monitor the development of realistic and accurate forecasts.
- Interpret and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and guidelines to promote consistent application within the district.
- Assist with the scheduling and coordination of new installations, catering events, and client locations.
- Identify regional and district training requirements for Chef and Café Managers.
- Abide by all parts of collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Associate's degree and a minimum of three years related experience.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial data.
- Catering experience for large groups.
- ServSafe certified.
- Excellent presentation skills required.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
