Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Addiction Recovery Specialist to join our team at Southeastern Integrated Care LLC. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals struggling with addiction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized recovery plans.
  • Provide education on substance abuse, harm reduction, and abstinence strategies to promote recovery.
  • Use motivational interviewing techniques to engage clients and encourage positive behavior change.
  • Facilitate access to 12-step groups and other community supports to enhance clients' recovery experience.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination and achieve optimal treatment outcomes.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records to inform treatment decisions.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices in addiction recovery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in addiction recovery or a related field.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
