Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Secure payment and activate/reissue room keys as needed.
  • Verify and adjust billing for guests to ensure accuracy and fairness.
  • Communicate with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide guests with directions and information about our hotel and local attractions.
  • Answer and respond to guest calls, requests, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Arrange transportation for guests and visitors as needed.
  • Count and secure bank at the beginning and end of shift.
  • Cash guests' checks and process all payment types, vouchers, paid-outs, charges, and provide change.
  • Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any reports of theft.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
