Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately process and approve teller transactions, ensuring that all transactions are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Operational Activities: Complete operational activities, such as reconciliations and audits, to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.
- Team Support: Provide support to the branch team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and completing other administrative tasks as needed.
- Risk Management: Identify and report any potential risks or issues that may impact the branch or the company, and take appropriate action to mitigate those risks.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 2+ years of customer service and issue resolution experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
- Cash Handling Experience: Previous experience handling cash and operating a cash register.
- Knowledge of Retail Compliance Controls: Understanding of retail compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention.
- Military Experience: Relevant military experience, including working in personnel benefits management, processing military personnel orders or transitions, wartime readiness operations, human resources, or military recruiting.
