About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst Support Engineer to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As a key member of our engineering lab, you will be responsible for managing and implementing strategic projects, ensuring the safety, security, and compliance of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and implement engineering lab strategic projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain Lab Operating Procedures (LOPs) to ensure compliance with established policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate and implement Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Sustainment initiatives, including Property and Metrology Management.
  • Perform cost analysis and ensure task completion within approved budgets.
  • Provide process support to Supply Chain Management (SCM) and oversee audit/assessment preparation.
  • Safeguard classified/proprietary material, hardware, and documentation, utilizing defense material/property under Export Administration Regulations.
  • Develop and implement communication plans, providing consulting support to functional and engineering customer management.
  • Work autonomously with limited oversight, providing professional input, guidance, and problem-solving.
Requirements
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 2 years experience.
  • Experience in an engineering lab environment area such as safety, security, compliance, and/or property management.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong mechanical and/or electrical/electronic skills.
  • Experience with OSHA/NFPA industrial policies and regulations.
  • Experience with working directly with engineers, technicians, and leadership in an engineering lab environment in the areas of safety, security, compliance, and property management.
  • Experience with EHS, NISPOM, JAFAN, and Foreign Object Elimination.
  • Ability to build positive, lasting relationships with customers.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
