Job Summary:
The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Account Executives and CEO, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Management: Manage and maintain our company's online presence, including content on our website and social media platforms.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and analyze reports on recruiting and hiring trends, providing insights to inform our business decisions.
- Calendaring and Scheduling: Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings and conference calls, and ensure seamless communication between team members.
- Document Preparation: Draft and prepare various documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Candidate Management: Post job descriptions on various job boards and professional networking sites, conduct reference and background checks, and develop client agreements and candidate authorizations.
- Database Management: Maintain and update our candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Office Operations: Manage office supplies, greet visitors, and answer incoming calls, providing exceptional customer service.
- Project Management: Utilize forward thinking, multitasking, and prioritizing skills to complete projects on time and to a high standard.
- Candidate Sourcing: Participate in searches, InMails, and vetting candidates, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Marketing Campaigns: Run mass email campaigns to promote our services and attract new clients.
Requirements:
- Prior office experience is highly desirable.
- Strong sense of ethics and professionalism is essential.
- Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Well-developed writing and communication skills, with excellent typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).
- Highly computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent telephone etiquette and advanced internet navigation skills.
- Experience with professional networking sites is a plus.
Compensation:
- $18-$23/hr.
