We are seeking a skilled Procurement Operations Manager to enhance our procurement processes. In this position, you will manage sourcing activities, streamline material logistics, and foster robust supplier partnerships to meet our operational requirements.

Compensation: 70K

Work Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and monitor performance indicators for sourcing operations.
  • Provide updates on supplier performance metrics to upper management.
  • Formulate and implement purchase agreements or vendor contracts.
  • Oversee material logistics to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely deliveries.
  • Design commodity and supply chain strategies to enhance value and standardization.
  • Build and maintain supplier relationships while leading cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of strategic sourcing experience in chemicals and raw materials.
  • Comprehensive understanding of chemicals and their applications.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance for chemicals.
  • Experience collaborating with contract manufacturers and toll manufacturers.
