Team Collaboration: In alignment with Inflow's commitment to governmental contracts, you will collaborate with government personnel and fellow contractors. Your primary focus will be on supporting the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) within the Department of Defense (DOD).

Security Clearance: An active Secret clearance is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities: As a vital member of our team, you will work alongside skilled Desktop Publishers and Public Affairs Specialists to uphold the branding standards of the government agency. Your tasks will include:

  • Producing and refining publications and reports for both print and digital formats under strict deadlines, adhering to standardized governmental processes and style guides.
  • Delivering exceptional editing services, identifying and correcting spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors.
  • Transforming extensive text and graphics from Microsoft Word into appropriate formats using Adobe InDesign, in compliance with the approved style guide.
  • Preparing, editing, and organizing content for various publications, ensuring compliance with 508 standards.
  • Converting document files to facilitate electronic publishing.
  • Integrating graphics created by designers into final documents and reports.
  • Collaborating with fellow Desktop Publishers to guarantee high-quality outputs consistently.
  • Providing updates on project statuses and timelines.
  • Managing projects from inception to completion for report publications.
  • Handling sensitive and classified information with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of publication style guides, templates, and instructional materials.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in professional publishing software, including Adobe Photoshop.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong grammar and editing capabilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Familiarity with 508 standards and principles.

Work Location: This position requires on-site presence for a minimum of three days a week, with some flexibility for telework.
