Support conference and trade show coordination, including logistics and marketing materials.

Monitor industry trends for competitive assessment and business development opportunities.

Required Skills:

U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements.

Must be currently enrolled in college.

Genuine enthusiasm for creating compelling marketing materials and business development strategies.

Completed or working toward a college degree (junior level and up), preferably in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Public Relations).

Working knowledge of marketing tools and platforms, including social media and content management systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Ability to work well independently and within a team.

Ability to work remotely.

Desired Skills:

Experience creating content for marketing or business development initiatives preferred (class experience acceptable).

Experience using design tools, such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint.

Graphics experience a plus.

Knowledge of Hootsuite and PRNewswire/Cision Communications Cloud or related media management platforms a plus.

Knowledge of HTML, website content management, and graphic design a plus.

Experience with WordPress a plus.
