Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the necessary documentation required by U.S. Customs and Government Agencies for the importation of goods.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
  • Ensure accurate classification of goods for customs clearance.
  • Perform data entry and manage various import-related documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with all record-keeping requirements.
  • Adhere to international importing regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide high-quality service.
  • Process agency brokerage shipments efficiently.
  • Follow all governmental and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • No prior industry experience is necessary.
  • Data entry and keyboard proficiency are essential.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and standard office equipment is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage a high volume of work and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in using multiple systems and reference materials.
  • Willingness to undertake additional duties as assigned.
  • Paid training will be provided.

Compensation:

Hourly pay rate is set at $15.50, non-negotiable.

Work Schedule:

This position requires availability from Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with the potential for overtime, particularly on weekends.
