Responsibilities:- Develop and drive advertising and promotion strategies to engage with customers
- Perform market research to stay ahead of the competition
- Track sales as a result of launched promotions to measure success
- Work in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment at promotional events to build relationships
- Interact daily with customers to provide information and support
- Respond to customers' inquiries, concerns, and questions in a timely and professional manner
- Assist members in enrollment and provider services to ensure a seamless experience
- Communicate effectively with members to build trust and loyalty
- Deadline and detail-oriented to meet expectations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with customers
- Professionalism to represent the company
- Familiarity with CRM platforms to manage customer relationships
- Strong leadership qualities to motivate and inspire teams
- High school diploma or GED as a minimum requirement
- Bachelor's or associate's degree is preferred
