Customer Service Representative

We at Amped-up Enterprise, Inc. believe that exceptional customer service is the cornerstone of our business, and our teams are the backbone of our company.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive advertising and promotion strategies to engage with customers
  • Perform market research to stay ahead of the competition
  • Track sales as a result of launched promotions to measure success
  • Work in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment at promotional events to build relationships
  • Interact daily with customers to provide information and support
  • Respond to customers' inquiries, concerns, and questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist members in enrollment and provider services to ensure a seamless experience
  • Communicate effectively with members to build trust and loyalty
Qualifications:
  • Deadline and detail-oriented to meet expectations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with customers
  • Professionalism to represent the company
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms to manage customer relationships
  • Strong leadership qualities to motivate and inspire teams
  • High school diploma or GED as a minimum requirement
  • Bachelor's or associate's degree is preferred
