Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Service Representative to join our team at Beacon Hill Hotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest accounts efficiently, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level customer service to guests, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions, upholding company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and preferences, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests and their belongings.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, with a high school diploma and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and maintain composure when working under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and phone skills, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
