Job Title: Quality Management System

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Management System professional to join our team at Minth North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and sustaining the Quality Management System in line with industry standards, accreditation requirements, and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and accreditation requirements.
  • Manage the audit program to ensure effective correction and verification of nonconformities raised against certification bodies.
  • Embed a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  • Lead the team to achieve quality management system targets for customers and business goals.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice capacity planning vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Develop the management systems strategy and management arrangements for key milestones.
  • Manage external registration requirements and liaise with external bodies.
  • Implement relevant procedures and ensure ongoing compliance with the Quality Management System.
  • Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department.
  • Lead the audit by customer/self-audit.
Requirements:
  • A relevant manufacturing/engineering degree is preferred.
  • Membership in an industry-related professional body would be advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of the latest Automotive tools and techniques.
  • Automotive Quality Management System Auditing experience and managing audit programmes.
  • A detailed understanding of TS16949, ISO14001 / ISO 9001 / OHAS 18001.
  • Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing skills.
