Job Description

A successful Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for managing the sale of residential properties for clients. This involves researching local market activity, staying up-to-date on industry trends, and communicating effectively with clients to ensure a smooth transaction process.

Key responsibilities include helping clients prepare their home for sale, assisting in the home search process, mediating during sales and purchasing negotiations, and staying informed of recent home sales. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to craft unique marketing materials to advertise their real estate services and advise clients on how to stage and sell their home quickly and profitably.
